For your business
Meet Fan Li, your business strategist.
Fan Li — named for 范蠡, the strategist who became one of China's great merchants — is the AI analysis layer behind everything on this page. Built on a real trading business, not a demo.
Analysis, not more reports
Reports show what happened, in shapes somebody decided in advance. That part your system already does. The missing layer is the one that interprets.
What your system already gives you
Reports- What happened — sales listings, stock balances, ageing runs — history, laid out in fixed formats
- What you asked for — a report only answers the question it was built to answer
What Fan Li adds
Analysis- Decisions, not displays — "reorder these 12 items" beats another stock chart
- Ask anything, in plain language — "why did margin drop last quarter?" — questions nobody pre-built a report for
- Sees across systems — joins your accounting data with documents, email and messages, so the answer has context
Works with what you already run
Fan Li doesn't replace your accounting system — it reads from it. Supported today: the on-premise SQL family — AutoCount, SQL Account, ABSS (MYOB). Cloud systems like Xero and QuickBooks are on the roadmap. Your books stay exactly as they are: your data never leaves your building, there's no per-seat subscription, and it keeps working when the internet doesn't. I ran a trading SME on AutoCount for over 25 years — this is the analysis layer I wished I'd had.

One module per problem
Fan Li works in modules — each one takes a part of the business you're running on gut feel and puts a working analysis behind it. The Inventory Planner is live today; the rest land as they're recorded.
